Min Ho is a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto, Ontario and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
He has previously worked as a pastry cook for several years before becoming an RMT. Having personally recovered from workplace injuries and several sports injuries, including ankle surgery, Min Ho understands the challenges of rehab and how injuries affect one’s physical, mental and emotional well-being.
His treatments focus on relaxation with general Swedish massage before using techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, and lymphatic drainage to address the root causes of discomfort while adapting to the patient’s needs and requests. He is dedicated to helping patients with pain management and rehabilitation to achieve a healthier, pain-free lifestyle and overall wellness.
Min Ho loves staying active outside of work, so he enjoys rock climbing, playing badminton, and cycling!
