Nao Okabe is a Registered Massage Therapist based in Toronto, bringing over 18 years of international experience in the health and wellness industry. Her career has taken her across Japan, Thailand, Egypt, and Canada, where she has worked in a wide range of settings, including wellness centres, spas, and specialized massage clinics.

Nao is a graduate of ICT Kikkawa College’s Massage Therapy and holds advanced training in aromatherapy, esthetics, and traditional Thai massage. She further refined her skills in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where she trained in Professional Thai Massage, Tok Sen, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), stretch therapy, and elbow techniques.

Her treatments integrate a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, prenatal massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, and assisted stretching. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet the individual needs of her clients—whether the focus is on relieving muscular tension, enhancing mobility, supporting post-operative recovery, or simply restoring balance and calm.
