Centre Policies

ARRIVAL
We suggest that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to check-in.


CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS
Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies or concerns we need to know about in order to ensure the best quality for your personalized treatment. For the safety of  pregnant women, the only treatments available in your first trimester are facials.



WHAT TO WEAR
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing. Massage therapy is best enjoyed without clothing and you will be draped at all times to ensure privacy; however, underwear may be worn if it makes you feel more comfortable. For Thai massage guests, it is best to wear loose-fitting athletic attire such as yoga pants and t-shirts.



RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation.  We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.  In the instance that changes or cancellations are made after this deadline, or an appointment is missed without notice, your credit card will be charged in full.



GRATUITIES AND TAXES
For your convenience,  applicable taxes will be added to your services and packages. Gratuities are always welcomed and may be added on to the final bill at your discretion.

 

 

LIABILITY AND BEHAVIOUR

HealFlow will not accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage to your personal property in any areas of the centre. Please leave valuables at home. HealFlow is a professional environment and will not tolerate inappropriate behavior during any treatments.
